Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Punnets Plain Fillet Trimmings
1 Punnet Sundried Tomato Thigh Trimmings
1 Punnet Peri Peri Trimmings
2 chopped Onions
2 Cloves Garlic
2 hands full Barley
Splash of White Wine
Chicken Stock
4 lt Water
250ml cream

Method:
Brown the onions and Plain Fillet Trimmings
Add all other ingredients.
Simmer for 1 hour
Divide and freeze half if too much for one meal

Liquidise, thin, add cream and serve
