  • 60 ml of olive oil
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 45 gr of minced garlic
  • 50 gr dry white wine
  • 80 ml of chicken broth
  • 60 ml of lemon juice and 15 gr of lemon zest
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 15 gr of honey
  • A pinch of dried oregano
  • A pinch of minced thyme leaves
  • Rosemary as the garnish
  • Salt and pepper


1. Heat the oven over 200 celsius-degree and spread olive oil on the grate. Then prepare a large skillet and heat it in medium high. Next, cook the chicken for 2 until 3 minutes and make sure all sides of the chicken are cooked or turn to brown. After that, move the chicken to the grate.

2. Take a saucepan and heat it up with olive oil. Then, put and cook the garlic for only a minute and turn off the stove. Add the white wine, chicken broth, lemon juice and lemon zest, oregano, honey, thyme also salt and pepper as seasoning. Stir until it well combined.

3. Before roasting the chicken, give the sauce mixture and some lemon slices among the chicken breasts. Bake the chicken for 30 until 40 minutes or until the color turns to brown. After the chicken roasted, serve with rosemary or lemon as the garnish.
